This is maintenance.. not a patch. Last I heard from Dobson was that the patch was on schedule for Tuesday morning (UTC). The last VU didn't have much warning, either.

I've not paid attention myself to any planned update for the other planets or the MA system, but assume this will include more than only Arkadia stuff.
