er... I thought that was the whole point of the arkoins... as stackables that can be exchanged for items to make team loot splitting more fair. NPCs to trade the coins will be here soon. No idea what the items are, but I hope they're good!
View attachment 4797 Call me Baron Thanks to Neil for keys, Paul for selling me his 113k and Chillix for selling me the last 19k I needed. And big thanks to my soc m8's for keeping up with my neurosis during the 9 hour grind. Edit: forgot date stamp View attachment 4798
GZ to the Barons I'm sure was a hard effort Arkcoins current MU ? ... I guess TT ... any hint when those items will be introduced or their nature ? ... to keep the interest in arkcoins
Apparently next week will see the intro of Arkoin NPCs...What they will have? Well, we have to wait and see....
lol, I had only enough time from RL last 2 days to do 2 instances and collected 29 Arkoins... GZ to the winners. so that leaves what 5 more computers out there to get.
Congratulations to the third and final Arkoin Baron, Mordrell Bass WHAT View attachment 4841 Do note that this event is now closed. Thanks to everyone who have participated in it and a big round of applause to the 3 Arkoin Barons.
Congratz and all to the winners but after working with peoples results on using an exploit in the instances, falling to end and killing final boss only. I sure do hope that the A-Team verified 100% that all those coins people got were not obtained by that fall through floor issue. If they never I just lost whole lot more respect in how things are being run. It seems you can fall to the end kill boss and loot chests and still get the same amount of loot as you would if you progressed through the instance normally. Just thought I'd bring this to light here.
Bringing things to light as soon as you figure stuff out is the best and most honest way to deal in all things. That way things don't lay around for extended amounts of time and get overlooked. And being this was a contest it should be run fair for everyone and no exploits should be allowed in final results IMHO. And they already closed the contest. I never even tried to compete but still should be handled professionally and fairly.
If I recall, doing the instance by running through the missing wall was mentioned on the forums during the event, and it was never officially stated that it was prohibited, so it would be a bit harsh to disqualify someone at this point because they ran through a few instances that way after they heard it could be done. And btw, it doesn't affect loot, only saves time since you don't have to dodge mobs.
Understood but if allowed, all players should be allowed to use exploits then to gain an unfair advantage from others. Not just on Arkadia but in all of EU, nobody has the right to complain about single shots on quads taking them down and getting looted, if you know of any exploit to win any competition it should be allowed without contest, miners in PVP 4 should be able to use the vehicle exploit without contest, etc..... If verified it was won honestly then all is good just want to hear it from the mouths of the people in charge officially. I like the people that won, and respect them a lot and trust they won by doing instances honestly and purchasing the coins from other who in turn got them honestly. But want a validation form the big boss man himself so everyone can put this to rest. I know legitimacy talks of this part of the event have been popping up all over in local chats and discussions about if it was won fair or not.
