As it says... post any bugs you find in the instances here ASAP. Try to include a screenshot if you can. This will help the A-team get any bugs fixed in time for the patch next week.

Thanks for the report Neil. Interesting, I ran through that instance loads of times and nether got that on the test server, even more interesting is that the instance share the same model with instance 1. I will take a look into it and fix it for the patch.
Well done Neil, of course it was my duty to fall into the hole for 'testing' purposes lol. That also gave me to chance to test logging out and back in, was still in team fine but also still in the hole, so T took me back to a revive point a good ways behind the team. Thanks to Roscoe for tracking me down in the end, and as I read in another thread, it is a bit buggy that radar shows team all there with you (and I even had health bars too) when in fact they were way ahead either below or above me, not in the same room or near it. Good luck with patching guys. Edit, the same missing wall in level 2.
Lost my Key2 when trying to enter the room. Freshly repaiered .... I think this calls for a Carlsberg - - - ohhh sry a support case And relog didnt help eighter - key still missing. Somhow it looks like i was spawning outside the door Second time (with a new key) i entered. Hope log files can tell this...? The area you have tried to enter is currently unavailable.
I too lost my fully repaired key 2 on trying to enter instance 2. You fade out like you are teleporting, then get an error and reappear outside the door... Error is "the operation failed due to an internal error"
Hi guys, I will followup with MA tomorrow when they are back in the office about the errors and keys going missing. One possibility is that the amount of instances that can be run at the same time has been hit. Regards, Chris
It would be useful for the code to check if the instance is full before taking the key - not sure if that is something you can suggest to MA? Given the price of the keys, its a bit of a pain to lose them in this way.
Same here. It ate my lvl 3 key and said the area was inaccessible. Key not in inventory even after relog.
4 ppl team instance lvl 1 1,5 hour outsde regular part T in dint work reloging same 5 ped refund to each .. why not 20 to leader for his TT key screenes comming soon ))
Nope, until I relogged, it seemed to think the door was openable (but unavailable I assume due to max instances used), but on relogging (which someone suggested) it no longer thinks the door is openable and says I need a key (it didnt give it back). Thanks for looking into this stuff anyway
Had issues with the level 1 instance - saw the key consumed from inventory and then got red msg of fail as in screenshot. Subsequent attempts tell me I need a full TT key to enter. Shortly after got CTD and still no key or entry. - View attachment 4756
I also lost a key#3. also, i found the missing wall, fell thru. went all the way down off the map, cut across, and directly to the boss mob. (bypassing all the mobs inside the instance) THen back into the map thru the waterfall, and kill the boss to loot the chests.
Just tried using a 3 key after the one failed, same thing, screens attached (paid +20 for key too ) One thing to note for devs is that I get the operation failed due to internal error each time now, on the 1 key it told me I need a full TT key (could be because no relog yet?) EDIT: Just after posting this I tried entering again (without relog) and now it tells me I need a full TT key to enter... (no more operation failed due to internal error, nor red text error msg). Thanks for all the replies Chris. And i hear some people already got compensation ingame for failed runs, that is very fast. Unfortuantely the current problems feel like the old feffoid cave on calypso all over. Sounds to me like there is a max on number of instances. Surely it can be predicted that there will be a lot of people trying to enter them on the first day? Ohh well will try again tomorrow.

The worm/snake mob was a bit irritating and very hard to hit once it starts moving... other then that it was very laggy in places and had to switch to safe mode.
