Ark instance Key 1 - results

    Just finished this Key 1 instance and was 1st to discover the Arkcoin :)

    This beeing said, rest was dissapointing ... cannot loot any killed creatures, went through an 1-way maze for ~30 mins dealing ~12k HP in dmg overall and got 2 treasure chests at the end. Loot ?
    - 290 Arkcoins
    - 10 Socket I comps
    - 123 Robot Low-loss link cables :eek:
    - 2 Robot Component residue :eek:
    - Mah'ketta Harness (M)
    Total loot : 31,75 TT

    Hope others report much better results, cause considering key cost and ammo spent this is bellow 50% return :( ... if this is how it really works then the Ark instances will have a short life, so I do hope I did something wrong and all those creatures are indeed lootable :p

    I guess some people must feed the lootpool first. But the return really not good to see for sure.

    They're probably like the beacons, u put up with low returns in order to have a better chance of looting U stuff or great L gear (sweeper v3). Basicaly you're getting charged tt in order to get a markup item.

    Also, where does this leave treasure hunting now?

    We've spent a couple of months trying to find these armour parts then the instances give 2 up in an hour of starting. Seems like there's no insentive to do treasure hunting at all now.

    I've got a couple questions.
    Did you do this all alone?
    Was regen high or low? If regen is high that means team would be more efficient also faster weapons would be more efficient.
    How many mobs?
    How long?
    How many new mobs were on level 1?

    Also that armour piece is not bad i could go for a set of that.

    Looks good, the returns should pickup but nice to see items dropping. Also, hope the chests is not too much trouble to find and open?

    Finished first level 1 instance.
    Around 22 costs in equipment, level 1 key= TT+1

    Loot
    11.15 ammo
    7.77 Arkoins
    12.16 Robot Low-loss link cable

    I hope robot parts would be use in arkadia bp soon, or it is kind of annoying need to go to calypso to sell

    I have been running around Instance 1 for 45 mins, killed everything in sight, just seem to be going up and down seeing the same rooms....a direction marker for dumbasses like me who get lost LOL

    Hmm not sure I got any Acoins at al gotta look it up when I logg back in.
    Did a 3 just now with 16 ped arms like 3 ped loot and spent bout 20 peds ammo 5 ped amp decay I did NOT go eco :D.

    Al in al it was fun and will become better with sound. I just hope that they change the obo aggro abit. ATM mobs feels like a statue. Also when teaming it signals U are al in the same room when on different floors would be cool to change that.

    Mid boss would be nice if they could drop something in like 1 of 100 runs for that extra trigger to go again and again :p.

    I got a 72 ped global but that was not my loot solo if someone could look how this works for a team it would be cool.
    Does everyones loot come togheter?

    This is what i experienced with beacons on calypso in the past (that is why i stopped doing them). Yesterday i made about 20 level 1 keys, i'll post the results when i finished them (will take some time, too bad work interferes with gaming time so much :)).
    In my opinion 20 should give a pretty decent idea about the loot.

    around 60 ped equipment costs, key 2 = 40+5

    Total cost around 105
    Loot:
    15.27 ammo
    1.12 tier 2 component
    1.3 Socket 2 component
    6.3 green paints
    0.23 advanced leather extractor
    40.39 Robot low-loss link cable
    4.88 Robot heat sinks
    0.01 Robot residue

    total loot 69.5

    Is the key 1-3 a one man job? or does it take more ppl to open what ever there is to open?

    everyone is claiming low returns with the arkoins considered at TT but are they not worth much more when converted into items?

    that is like saying miners/hunters only need 60% tt returns because they can find high markup stuff.

    why is there robot-loot in these instances is all i´m asking myself atm.

    and hopefully it´s not the same bug as it was with the reintroduction of beacons where TT of keys was not added to total loot TT.
    but I´m sure A-Team is already filing through logs and fix whatever may need fixing.

    Ok the robot parts is due to the ark knights (statues that come alive) classified as robots. Do these parts also drop in the instances where there are no knights ?

    For the robot parts we are planning on adding in some new BPS that will consume those parts, we are also planning on adding in some robots planet side but they are still in the prototype stage.

    Ran a lvl 1 key with my bro, used TT weapons and no armour. I switched to an LR 32 + A104 for the mid/end boss, but could be done with less if wearing armour/bigger fap.

    I'll post the video later today/tonight.
