Hello I have decided to sell my Celeste South #6 lvl 6 apartment for a starting price of 2K. This apartment has a great view and comes with the added roof top area. So the bidding will start at 2K and bid incleases will be no lower then 50 ped (example start bid 2,000, next bid 2,050, next 2100 and so on). Once the start bid has been met the auction will last for only 24 hrs, unless another bid was made at which point it will be extended another 24 hrs. If no other bids have been recieved then the winner will be the last bidder. In case of a nonpaying bidder the option will go to the next highest bidder. Remember the auction will end 24hrs "AFTER THE LAST BID WAS PLACED". I am also selling the lvl 1 apartment in the same building the starting price for this one is 700 ped and will have the same rules as the lvl 6 apartment I will take a BO bid of 1000 ped please understand: you are bidding on a lvl 6 apartment which includes lvl 7 as well so in effect you are actually getting 2 apartments for the price of one.
