Missions Timeframe for detailed info on new mission rewards

Dave and Cyrus,

You already indicated that you will have to adjust mission rewards in line with MA's guidlines.

Can you please provide an estimate of when you will be able to provide detailed infomation on the changes to Arkadian missions?

I'm not asking you to list the changes here and now. I just want to know when you will be in a position to do so, because that will assist with my planning.

as far as i remember they said several times their missions are in line with MA´s new guidelines for mission rewards and nothing is going to change.
but i guess i can be wrong...

 

That is incorrect. For example MA said there will be no attribute rewards then later there will be tokens which can be traded for attribute rewards. So Ark missions would have to change accordingly. Note tokens may allow partial attributes rather than whole attributes e.g. from mission may get 1 token but to trade a whoel atribute 10 tokens may be required.

Yeah Dave changed his tack. Initial thoughts were they wouldnt need to change. Later they said that changes would be required after all. Take a look at the rewards for nusul and riptor missions. Those are in line with the new guidelines, notice the absence of attribute rewards until the very end?

We are aiming for the changes to the IFN missions be implemented in the August patch.

I'm sorry but I think you misunderstood my question. I am not asking when they will be implemented. I am asking when we will be told the detail of what will be implemented. When will we know what the specific changes will be? Or are you instead planning to make the changes without letting us know what they are?

Many players are trying to work out what do to before the august update and it's difficult to make sensible decisions in an information vacuum.

I can't promise you a date as we are still working on them at the moment, but I hope to have them posted before the end of June.

I just had another chat with the team. Seems that there is still more work to be done on restructuring the missions than initially thought. We will not make it in time to release information on the rewards by end of June. I will post them up when I can.

Just my guess from looking at the new approved mob missions i think it would be advantageous to get the 400 kill missions done before the switch after that not so much of a difference. I know that is my plan.

 

I think u will see the stage 4 missions get better. Any attribute mission is at risk of getting less good.

 

What do you think about the stamina reward. The ORO mission has one at 12K, but some people think stamina will be removed.

I have no reason to believe stamina rewards will be removed. Wondering where Mega gets his info from.
