Cyrus and team, this is first rate stuff. Beautiful building and a great place to craft. The layout and available terminals, and their proximity to storage, auction, and booths make it functionally efficient. Oh, and nice view. Well done!!
Very nice design, only needs an auction NPC sitting on the terminal and crafter's would never have a need to move!
It needs an auctioner i agree, has more sense than a tt, dont encourage us to TT the craft , otherwise only use is for enhacers, i think is more usabe an auctioner, rest looks good
Hi guys, We will be adding an auction terminal to each of these manufacturing modules in the near future.
Thanks! The auction terminal will come in extremely handy, though I wouldn't take the TT out, it's still very useful right there. You couldn't fit a small repair terminal at each station too, could you? Then it would be a totally complete and ideal crafting station. The repair terminal is for crafters making UL items (esp. clothes) who need to repair them to full before selling them. That would be awesome.
Neil, why would you repair an UL item before selling? As a buyer I would prefer to buy ul items for low TT and then repair up to the level I require. As a seller I would prefer not to lock additional peds in the item when it doesn't contribute to increased profit. Regards, KikkiJikki
I completely agree with you... except that clothes don't look right unless at full TT. When the buyer goes to view the image of the clothes, it has to be fully repaired for them to see what the colors and textures look like. Plus, I think almost everyone who buys a piece of clothing is going to repair it to full anyway upon purchasing it. The auction fee is the same whether it's low TT or repaired to full.
Actually, some of those items do have a different auction fee. Compare 10 PED with 120 PED on some items. Someone posted the auction fee formula here on the forum somewhere. Plug that in and it's absolutely different. Also, if you're adding color and/or texture, that adds to the TT of the item without requiring your own PED balance.
auction_fee = 100 - 99.5/(0.00050248 * margin_in_peds + 1) As long as you set the markup to be the same number, the margin in peds is the same, therefore, the auction fee is the same. So, if MU is +20 on a shirt, it doesn't matter whether it has 2 or 100 ped TT value in it. This is true not only for the formula, but when I test it in the actual auction house.
Another Masterpiece from A Team, bravo and well done! To be honest, these five manufacturing machines didn't look like crafting machines for me, but more like "Time Machines"
donĀ“t these terminals give you a view not only of celeste harbour but in the future? i.e. A-Team doing a great job with more awesome stuff to come
do they make personal crafting machines for our apartments? Id put it right in front of the window, and watch North Harbor!
yup the old personal manufacturing terminals stopped looting about 9 years ago. mindark was talking about removing them from game way back then just left them
