Hey all, Well I loved the last update =) I did the missions and got the free items, but now I'm stuck with a kind of silly question.... The items cannot be traded or sold, which imo is a very good thing. But eeh.... how do we destroy them or get rid of them once they are no longer usable? They take up quite a lot of item points, am I overlooking some destroy option? Thanks in advance!
thank you very much for the quick reply! I must have missed that post when I was searching for an answer
ok my storage is like crazy full but i'm not hitting the limit i hunt a lot i've got like 1500 PED in stuff in my storage. the limit is 500 different items. YOu people serioiusly have 500 different items? and you can't throw something in a storage box or vehicle?
Well when you're crafting a lot of different (non-stackable) items in large quantities it goes fast =) Of course storage boxes and vehicles provide a solution, I use a lot of both kinds + appartment to keep my items stored. I wouldn't mind using a few more, but it's still nice to know that we'll have the option to get rid of the no-trade items we can't use anymore someday. I just wanted to know if it was possible, I know I have too many items =)
BPs, crafting, trading, stocking Genesis Rookie Finders, these things can fill up the 500 item limit very fast.
That's why you get extra books for blueprints, use vehicle storages for rookie finders (as well as other vehicles, etc).
Putting stuff in storage of vehicles etc is a work-around - not a solution. There is enough undisposable garbage in real life already - would be great if we could manage to do better in a virtual world
With all the new mission related stuff on different planets that are non trade/throw away items, hopefully MA will soon set something up for us, at least on Ark since the A team is talking to them about it. I just had visions of a new mission that gives the reward of a extra slots in storage, like in other MMOs lol. Think that may well be a pipe dream though
