Having a first look around for those Oratan camps today, I found one in the desert NW of Steadfast Firebase. Nice little camp, very relaxing there, since there were no red dots around other than a few friendly little Halix. Wandering around a bit more, I found 2 more camps, also abandoned by the Oratan, who are apparently continuing to build an army in the desert just south of Steadfast. They may well come home to the camps to sleep tonight, but all three are now claimed for IFN, so they can take their sleeping bags back into the desert Will report back here if I see anymore of the abandoned camps out here, but in the meantime off to look for some more active ones, these 3 were way too easy to take lol.

View attachment 1620 Here is another Oratan Camp relatively close to the other 3 you found Lee. Yes, it seems they left their pet Halix to guard their camps while they are out and about. I like the huts and observation towers like the one I am standing on. Good work David, Cyrus and their team. Tiny
Thanks Tiny, I had a further wander (spent the afternoon goofing off ingame, a good distraction from the news here at the moment ) and found a few more scattered around the usual Oratan hang outs. These were occupied or had a fairly large spawn just outside the doors of the camps. I suspect these were the 'easy' ones to find really, screenies below (spoiler warning, if you are a hardy explorer and want to find them yourselves, ignore these pics). Didn't get coords on the very last place, which was the most interesting to me, with the rather large humanoid looking bones. Wonder if our Arkadian friends were giants? View attachment 1627 These are the eight I've found. I've actually noticed that I'm pretty good at picking out teleporters and camps on the map *certain characteristics of the terrain can be noticed* All but one has been posted here: The on in the Southwestern corner by "Outpost"
Ty Rick, I went out there but didn't manage to find that one Someone else has a thread now about the camp above Implacable, maybe in future we should make a simple list somewhere with coords and info on all camps found? Just an idea to ponder
