I find this on entropia tracker : http://www.entropiatracker.com/new/Planets.aspx Well know little above but give some idea about population in game
2 things Vadio: Your link doesn't work IF you don't have an account with ET Remember there are a lot of people that don't run the tracker so the accuracy of this in regards to the planetary population, is questionable at best. Top effort though mate. Might be worth taking a screenshot and posting it here for those without an ET account?
Also of note: I'm thinking it's based on globals received... Therefore it's not really very accurate.. (a lot of noobs that haven't gotten a global, and a lot of mid-level players that haven't as well)
I've been globaling on Ark, but only because there is an ongoing competition here atm. I will probably go to where ever the most opportunities are at a given time. (e.g. Calypso for Merry Mayhem). I think it will be best to take note of tracker when there are no events running - maybe a couple of weeks worth of data in a "quiet" period.
Have gun, will travel. Maybe MA will implement a "city limit" sign when entering the planets, saying Popluation: xxxx. Lol, maybe not.
You're assuming, of course, that MA will allow a "quiet" period I haven't seen one for a while... Nah.. won't happen.. Wouldn't even be close to accurate for Calypso anyway unless it only showed how many people were actually online at the time... And MA won't do that... they'd have to drop their claim of having over a million players...
According to the EU census bureau (ET) I am still an illegal alien as I haven't global once yet since Arkadia launched. jc
