    3 Days in Arkadia

    few sugestion :

    1- Newbies

A-Make more slow attackspeed every mob to possible solo-swhunt without concetratio mfchip
B-Maybe for ours regular depositor/uber can buy sweeat at 1k/5 ped
B.1- For it need increase regular demand on sweat
B.2- Create Sweat gun deal(fast decay) 1 one dmg and use 1 sweat
B.3- This gun is craftable ( easy Tier 1 in Tools ) and dont take more 1 or 2 ped to make
C-Introduce more mob to Sweat in group near TP Celeste Quarry , try concentrate most newbie here
D-Repetable Quest to gathering fruits/stones/sweat but quest only count if have accepty first , collecting in arkadia obivius , and finish here

    2- Miners

A- Dont sure you can but try give some tips area mineral have in area
A.1 - Better to economy overall

    3-Hunter
A- Dont sure , settings in planet but create "leveling zones" 1-10 south Celest Quarry 11 is West 12 is East 14-15 NortEast and NortWest
B- Dont sure ma like but back drop ped/cloths because in new economy is hard to find buyers to most "trash drop"

    4- Crafters
A- Craft is most expensive profession , but hunter and miners supplies and demand , this guys move your economy
because this need "more craft events" and tools/weapon dont much expensive to sell to others player , rare to see good weapon/tools skilled today because is expense
and dont give much return in shirk economy , maybe create Sweat gun in aboce , create some cycle to people want skill craft/tools

    Weapon - Sweat Gun Mk1
Cost to make 2.00 ped ( In only arkadia resources ore/emt )
Use : 1 or 2 Vibrant Bottle to shoot
    Damage : 1 - 3 ( dont have crit )

    Tools - Sweat Extractor MK1
Cost to make 5.00 ped ( in Only arkadia resource but include more hunters mats)
    Use : Beam/Channeling
    Chance to gathering 1/6
    Reload Time 5 sec

This "tools" to aim on mob and launch beam on mob , every 5 sec you have 1/6 chance to take 1-4 bottle sweat from mob

VSK - MK1 take 7s to reload and need press auto tool
i ryl hate , i love old system , because your lost 2/10 sucessefull because mob leave your crosshair is is ..............

    ops wall of text
Sorry . i dont know english very well , to make wall of text

    Hi, nice suggestions.

I am going to stay away from the topic of sweating and it's uses because I am a sweat anti-fan.

Mining - part of the challenge here is working out where/how resources are distributed. Miners who put the effort in have a competative advantage. Some choose to share their findings and that is very generous of them.

Hunting - Mob levels is a very screwed up concept that has been implemented badly. It's really much more important to pay attention to mob maturity. In contrast to Calypso, I find that on Arkadia, you can generally hunt the mob you choose at the maturity you choose without having to worry about other mobs or maturities getting in the way. eg you will find ora young to old in one area with no other mobs around.

Profession leveling in EU is unlike any other game I have played. It takes a long time and I like to travel around and get some variety in how I advance my skills. I also like to concentrate on different professions from time to time. Right now I am focusing on BLP weapons. Later when I feel like a change I will get back to mindforce and brawl. I like how mobs appropriate to my skill level can be found in many different locations. I contrast this with other games I have played, where I found that to advance at a particular stage there was basically one best place to go, then after reaching a particular level it was onto the best location for the next stage. Too formulaic for me.

Right now it's difficult to see how clothes can drop because Arkadian clothes have not yet been released. But this is a good idea for the future.

I think dropping of peds is actually worse than dropping loot you regard as "trash". Any loot that is not available at the trade terminal can possibly be sold for mark up, even the trash. I consistantly sell the majority of my hunting loot for some mark up. At worst you can sell for TT value - and thats the absolute best you can do with Peds and ammo and such. They can only be redeemed for their TT value (and one ped has a TT value of one ped).

Any ideas to encourage crafting are very welcome. Devs have already had one crafting event and I agree more would super.

    Keep the ideas coming :)

Yes i agree, everything has a markup, if you can then sell your stuff on auction, even for tt+0,6 SB just to cover the auction fee. This will help the economy grow. And while i am not a huge fan of resellers, selling your low tt stuff to them will help the economy grow as well.

I agree here, the attack speed is very high on lets say Carabok(thats what I went out to test last night when we talked) at almost level20 evade they hit me in average 8-9times before they were dry, sure for me thats skills (yay) as they cant really hurt me but for newbs it's death before it's even dry I would guess. And maybe even hard to hunt with unmaxed tt guns if you happen to get more then one on you (which I cant really tell, just a guess)

B- there is plenty of people buying it that I doubt really need it, and dont remember that depositors/ubers also struggle to get nice figures on their gameplay..
B.2- As it's not free(see B.3) I dont see any positive for a new player, and if it's free it wont work as then you get free loot and free skills both are worth rl money.

C- there is plenty of mobs here let me give examples:
    Carabok - solo sweat mob
Ostelok young - 2-3people (or advanced newb solo mob) (SE Quarry)
    Hadraada - 5-6people (near Quarry)
    Ostelok Guardian(and up) - 7-8people (NW quarry)
Perfect for newb hunting too, much better then on any other planet I been on for any considerable time.

D- why a mission for collecting this kind of stuff? do you need more reward then the ped you will get for selling it or clicking it?

    good answer Kikki.
But mob levels shouldn't be in this game at all as how would you make levels when all mobs do different kind of damage types and all armors protect different in each of those types. This "game" is not as other games or MMO's out there where I understood it's dmg vs dmg not dmg type vs dmg type as in EU.

    Example:
In another game a mob does 50dmg and you have a armor that protects 45 then that mob is easy, but in EU if that mob does 50acid dmg and your armor protects 45 cut/stab/impact dmg you will still take 50dmg and the mob be hard/impossible for most people.

And I for one would hate to see mobs do dmg 50 and armor protect dmg 45 and no fun to figuring out stuff like dmg types and such.

Sweat gun see my response above.

Sweat Extractor Mk1, seems very much alike to my own suggestion to MA after they introduced this new system.
Make different kinds of MF chips you could use to gather sweat with and ofc minimal decay but if you want it faster then the VSE then you could get these craftable MF chips and gather faster but pay a little for it. And would bring back the old animation of MF gathering too which was at least to me kinda relaxing (you already know I'm crazy :p)

And a little video to show you how it looked in the old times I talk about:

Sweat FIX , Craft Incetive ,

    1 - Reduce attack/min in Ostelok , Carapock , Halix
    ** Why? see below
2 - Create Blueprints can use ONLY Sweat
2.A - Create Arkadia Sweat for this you can obtain if your use "free gear from Arkadia"

    3-Rate ? i think 1000 - 5 ped in metal/eletronic componet engineer
3.a -> maybe include this component new recipes , to same time resolve sweat/craft incetive to people sell in AH , but tt food is GOOD start

    This incetive craft on planet
This create turn over in sweat
To create new only arkadia sweat become prevent massive import
Use Arkadia Sweat to make ME same way

*Dont sure possible but resolve issue with newcomer , forever

Why would you want to reduce the attack rate of these mobs? That would reduce the amount of evade skill you get.... making sweating less worthwhile, IMO.

I agree with her on Carabok, sure it's great for me as they cant really hurt but for a newbie it's a tough start. 8-9hits average at lvl19.7ish evader before it's dry is a bit much, think of a newbie with 88(?) hp and lvl1-2 evader...

Ostelok and Halix is another matter tho, if you want to sweat them bring a friend or two and you can. But my guess Ostelok and Halix is there for you to hunt instead of sweat, and it's a perfect way to progress in hunting to hunt these mobs as a newbie so great job introducing them!

But Vadio, why make another thread cant you take some critique?

for me dont like bump , like start new fresh topic with new ideas

About new fresh "arkadia sweat" to use in bps above , because i know people have 1kk bottle imagine , this people convert all bottle in "ttfood" and remove peds this game

But create new "Arkadia Sweat Stuff" , people start with 0 , and keep play in low profile and long or early become hooked to play mid and high profile

2-3h to people make 50 cent? cmon is dont make real diference in game , and increase possiblity to hooked new deposit in 50-75%

Vadio, if you are starting a new thread with a new subject then there is no problem, but if you are just carrying on the same subject to a new thread then i will be merging them or deleting the new thread. Just make sure you have read the forum rules and are abiding by them.

Sry for quoting myself but I was out trying to hunt osteloks today and show some new people how teams worked and such and after seeing how easy we took down youngs(or she did hehe), I asked them if they wanted to try out the larger ones and sure so off we went.

Now we were 3 with tt guns, I had law-101 and both of them had ark-10's and I doubt any of them were maxed due to their attributes when I scanned them, and I was amazed how easy we took down even Old Alpha Osteloks.
So then I got bold enough to get them to try a Prowler and even that one went down, then one of them had to leave so now we had two tt guns and one not maxed and I said "let's try a Stalker" ready to fap my newbie friend all the time but even a stalker on two people with tt weapons got killed without too much trouble.
Sure the mobs mostly hit me since I had maxed my gun, but still after this I believe even day old newbs that can cooperate will bring down big ostelok in a 3-4people team. (and ofc no armor was involved)

So what do I want to say with this?
Osteloks seem great for newbie teams even up to the "big" ones, so I see no need to changing their attack rate, and even a newbie with some armor and maybe some higher model of tt gun(desert/arctic/jungle) can kill these solo probably.

Still think the attack rate on Carabok needs adjusting as OP also asked for
